Our team, led by an experienced orthopedic PA-C, is comprised of RNs, Physical Therapists, and Physical Therapist Assistants specializing in the care of patients recovering from joint replacement surgery, hospital stays, and injury.

SOAR is owned and operated by an experienced orthopedic Physician Assistant and specialized, in-home services are provided by skilled Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, & experienced PTAs. All recovery services are provided in the comfort of your home.

Our clients are orthopedic patients undergoing joint replacement surgery, recuperating from a hospital admission, recovering from injury, and those focused on bone health and active aging.
